The staff at the hotel were friendly, honest, and warm, making our stay enjoyable. The suites at the hotel offer beautiful views overlooking a small stream, forest, and a butterfly house, adding to the natural charm of the surroundings.- The location of the hotel, slightly outside of town, was convenient for exploring nearby areas such as Bambito and Cerro Punta.
The hotel rooms, while relatively spacious and comfortable, were not as impressive as the suites. The nightclub located within the hotel premises may cause some noise disturbance for guests who prefer a quieter atmosphere.

Spent my Christmas here and it was incredible! the location is perfect, nestled right by a serene river and surrounded by lush greenery. the staff were beyond friendly and hospitable, constantly ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. the food was delicious and always plentiful. One highlight was the butterfly house tour with our guide, who was not only knowledgeable about the different species but also just a pleasure to be around.
Honestly, I had no complaints. Maybe the rooms could be a bit more updated but it didn't detract from the overall experience.
